Please plan to complete the steps below before tax sites open on January 28.

Update your information in VolunteerHub
-Log in to VolunteerHub (http://dceitc.volunteerhub.com)
-Click “Your Account” on the top right hand corner of the screen.
-Ensure that ALL required fields are updated.

Sign up as a Site Coordinator
After completing your volunteer registration form:
-Under "Other Volunteer Registration" Click "Site Coordinator Registration"
-Click "Sign up"
-Submit your registration

Register for Site Coordinator training
Training classes are listed below the "Tax Preparer" registration section in VolunteerHub.
Choose December 10 or January 18.

Register for Preparer/Reviewer Training (as appropriate):
In addition to completing Site Coordinator training, Site Coordinators are strongly encouraged to take preparer and reviewer training in order to better supervise their tax site. Site Coordinators are strongly encouraged to certify at the basi level at minimum. See the appropriate preparer/reviewer checklist at www.dceitc.org/volunteer_training.html.
